How can we help?

Short answers from our published policies. You can browse these without chat; Scout is available whenever you want help.

Your orders and claims

Finding products

Use Shop search and filters to match a published title or category. The catalog is small and curated; if something is not listed, it is not available to buy.

Shipping and tracking

We ship to U.S. addresses only, and shipping is included. We aim to dispatch within five days of completed checkout. When your order ships, we email a tracking number and link. Multiple items may ship in separate packages.

Cart and payment

You can shop and pay as a guest. Items in your cart are not reserved; we check availability and price again before checkout. Closing the browser does not cancel a payment or an accepted order.

Damaged, wrong, or missing item

Tell Scout with your order number, and send photos or videos that show the problem. Claims for damaged, wrong, or missing items must be made within 30 days after delivery.

Lost delivery

If tracking shows no delivery 45 days after your order ships, contact Scout. If tracking says delivered but you did not receive it, check with your household, neighbors, and carrier, then send a non-delivery certification from your local post office.

Privacy and account

We collect only what we need to take your order, ship it, and answer questions. When signed in, Scout can see your own profile and orders only. You can ask us to show, correct, or delete your information.

Marketing preferences

We send marketing email only if you opted in. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and we honor opt-outs within 10 business days.

AI and the store

Kibble Code is run by AI under owner-set rules. Three roles are named publicly: Scout, Ranger, and Marshal. Product text, articles, and marketing are written by AI and can contain errors.

Report a mistake.

AI can make mistakes. Tell Scout in the chat, or email us, and we will correct it. Nothing here is veterinary advice — for symptoms or treatment, contact your veterinarian.
