What we collect

  • Account and order information: your name, email address, shipping address, phone number if you give one, and what you ordered.
  • Dog profile: your dog’s name, size, and age, and your purchase history, if you create a profile.
  • Payment information: payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe. Kibble Code does not see or store your full card number.
  • Conversations: messages you send to Scout, our AI assistant, or to us by email, plus any photos or videos you send with a claim.
  • Marketing choices: whether you opted in to marketing email, and when you opted out.
  • Technical data: your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, used to run and secure the site.

How we use it

  • To take and ship orders, calculate and collect sales tax, and process refunds.
  • To answer questions and handle claims through Scout.
  • To recommend products and articles that fit your dog when you are signed in.
  • To send order emails, and marketing email only if you opted in.
  • To prevent fraud, keep the site secure, and meet legal and accounting requirements.

Who receives your information

  • Fulfillment partners receive your name, shipping address, and contact details so they can pack and ship your order.
  • Payment and tax services receive what they need to process your payment and calculate sales tax.
  • Technology providers for hosting, email, and AI process data on our behalf to run the store. Messages and photos you send to Scout are processed by AI service providers.
  • Authorities receive information when the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information.

Scout and your profile

When you are signed in, Scout can see your own profile and orders only. Scout never sees another customer’s information.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep your shopping cart and checkout working. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies. Blocking or clearing the essential cart cookie may lose a guest cart, as our cart notice explains.

Where your information is processed

We use service providers located in the United States, and we aim to keep your information in the United States. If a provider processes information outside the United States, we use the safeguards the law requires for that transfer, such as appropriate contractual terms.

Your privacy rights

  • Access: ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct: ask us to fix information that is wrong.
  • Delete: ask us to delete personal information, subject to records we must keep by law.
  • Opt out: unsubscribe from marketing email, or ask us to stop using your information for marketing.

To exercise any of these rights, write to legal@axiopistisholdings.com. We may need to confirm your identity before we act, and we will respond within the time the law allows. You can also ask Scout, or write to us at the address above, to show, correct, or delete your profile and personal information. We keep order, tax, and payment records for as long as the law requires.

Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. We honor opt-outs within 10 business days.

How long we keep information

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires. Order, tax, and payment records are kept for the period tax and accounting law requires. Marketing choices are kept until you opt out. Cart selections expire after 30 days. Messages and claim photos are kept only as long as needed to answer you and meet our legal obligations.

Children

Kibble Code is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Security

We use access controls and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure.

Complaints

If you have a privacy concern, write to legal@axiopistisholdings.com and we will review it. You may also complain to your state attorney general or another regulator with authority over us.

We post any update to this policy on this page with a new date.
