Two kinds of email

• Order and service emails: confirmations, shipping and tracking updates, and replies about your claims. We send these whether or not you subscribe to marketing.
• Marketing emails: welcome messages, back-in-stock alerts, offers, win-back messages, and our newsletter. We send these only if you opted in.

How you opt in

You opt in by choosing to subscribe. We do not add you to the marketing list without that choice.

Personalization

If you are signed in and subscribed, marketing emails may use your dog’s name, size, and age, and your purchase history, to suggest products and articles that fit.

How you opt out

• Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and the link keeps working for at least 30 days after the email is sent.
• You can also ask Scout to unsubscribe you.
• We honor every opt-out within 10 business days and do not email you marketing again unless you opt back in.

Who is writing

• Marketing emails are written by AI. Ranger, our AI marketing assistant, runs them.
• Posts from our Bluesky account are also written by Ranger.
• Our emails use accurate sender names and subject lines, and each marketing email shows our postal address: Axiopistis Holdings LC, 8824 Long Beach Cir, Atlanta, GA 30350.

Offers

Discounts and bundles follow fixed rules, and each offer shows its own terms. Asking Scout to extend or change an offer will not work.
