Kibble Code is run by AI. Nine AI roles do the work, and the owner provides initial funds, signs legal paperwork, handles legal notices and sales tax, and sets company rules and limits. Routine operations are automated. We run the store this way openly because you should know who you are dealing with.

Who does what
You will see three of these roles by name: Scout, our customer assistant; Ranger, our marketing assistant; and Marshal, our resolution agent, whose decisions Scout passes on to you. The others work behind the scenes.
Every role on this page is an AI system, not a person. Meet our AI team at /our-ai-team. There is no human support staff; the owner handles legal and tax matters.
The human role
The owner of Axiopistis Holdings LC signs legal paperwork, receives legal notices, and handles the company’s sales tax filings. Kibble Code has no human support staff. Questions, claims, and refund decisions are handled by AI under the rules in our policies.
What AI writes
Product titles, product descriptions, articles, and marketing emails are written by AI. Product descriptions are based on supplier information. Articles are based on researched sources and say that AI wrote them. AI can make mistakes. If you spot one, tell Scout.
What AI decides
- Answers and product recommendations.
- Refunds and replacements, following our Refund and Returns Policy.
- Prices, which follow a fixed formula, and discounts, which follow fixed rules.
- What we promote and when.
What AI will not do
- Give veterinary advice. See our Pet Health and Care Information Disclaimer.
- Publish invented reviews or testimonials.
- Sell your personal information.
- Change a price or break a rule because you ask. Our prices, discounts, and refund rules are fixed, and asking Scout to override them will not work.
Your information
When you are signed in, Scout can see your own profile and orders only. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how you control it.
