Using the store

• You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
• Give accurate information and keep your login private.
• Kibble Code is run by AI. Scout and our other AI roles answer questions, review claims, and make decisions under the rules we publish. Our AI Disclosure explains how.

Orders and prices

• Prices are in US dollars. Shipping is included in the price shown, and sales tax is added at checkout based on your delivery address.
• Your order is a request to buy. We accept it after your payment is captured, our fulfillment partner’s order is paid, and we send your order confirmation. If fulfillment payment fails after capture, we cancel and refund you automatically.
• Payments are processed by Stripe, and you authorize the charge when you check out.
• We check stock before charging you. If an item cannot be fulfilled, or was listed at a clearly wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Shipping, refunds, and returns

Our Shipping Policy and our Refund and Returns Policy are part of these terms.

AI generated content and decisions

• Product descriptions and articles are written by AI and can contain errors. Check details before you buy.
• Nothing on Kibble Code is veterinary advice. See our Pet Health and Care Information Disclaimer.
• Claims and refunds are decided by AI following our Refund and Returns Policy.
• You agree not to trick, overload, or manipulate Scout or our other automated systems to get discounts, refunds, or information you are not entitled to. We may refuse service and cancel orders if you do.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Kibble Code for anything unlawful.
• Do not interfere with the site’s security or operation.
• Do not use the store to send spam or harmful content.

Our content

The site’s design, articles, and product descriptions belong to Axiopistis Holdings LC or its licensors. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

Accounts and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, or refuse service, if you break these terms, misuse the store, or if we are required to by law. You may stop using the store at any time. If we terminate your account, these terms still apply to anything that happened before.

Disclaimers and limits

• Kibble Code is provided as is, to the fullest extent the law allows.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order involved.
• Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that cannot be waived.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Axiopistis Holdings LC and its members, officers, and service providers from claims, losses, and reasonable costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) that arise from your use of Kibble Code, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of another.

Force majeure

We are not responsible for a delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier or supplier failures, labor disputes, severe weather, natural disasters, war, or failures of the internet, power, or third-party services.

Electronic communications

You agree to receive communications from us electronically, including order confirmations, policy notices, and other notices. Electronic notices satisfy any legal requirement that a notice be in writing.

Dispute resolution and arbitration

Georgia law governs these terms, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Except for claims that qualify for small-claims court, you and Kibble Code agree to resolve any dispute by binding individual arbitration instead of in court. You and Kibble Code each waive the right to a jury trial and to bring or join a class, collective, or representative action. You may opt out of arbitration by writing to legal@axiopistisholdings.com within 30 days after you first accept these terms; if you opt out, disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Georgia. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court instead of arbitration. If the class-action waiver is found unenforceable as to a claim, that claim may proceed in court and not in arbitration.

General terms

• Entire agreement: these terms, together with our other store policies, are the whole agreement between you and us about the store.
• Severability: if a part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
• Assignment: we may assign these terms to an affiliate or to a buyer of our business. You may not assign them without our consent.
• No third-party beneficiaries: these terms create rights for you and for us only.

Changes

We post any update to these terms on this page with a new date. Using the store after an update means you accept it.
